Trademark Art Alan Blaustein 'Liguria II' Canvas Art

Description

Giclee (jee-clay) is an advanced printmaking process for creating high quality fine art reproductions. Gallery wrap is a method of stretching an artist's canvas so that the canvas wraps around the sides and is secured a hidden, wooden frame. His vast collection of fine art photography is featured in museum, gallery, and private collections. This method of stretching and preparing a canvas allows for a frameless presentation of the finished painting. The result is wide acceptance of giclee by galleries, museums, and private collectors. Alan Blaustein is a passionate Traveler and image maker. The attainable excellence that giclee printmaking affords makes the reproduction virtually indistinguishable from the original piece. This ready to hang, gallery-wrapped art piece features stone stairs leading through a garden to an arched doorway. During time spent abroad and within the USA, he has captured a unique variety of photography ranging from architecture to landscapes, in addition to portraits and still life photography. Alan's nostalgic, soft, romantic and alluring imagery brings the past into the present. Alan has had success with his work in calendars, cards, and wall decor and also editorial images in periodicals, books, and magazines.
