The ANSI/ISEA Class III combination translates into the highest level of visibility, even in harsh weather conditions with traffic exceeding 50 mph. For weatherproofing, a clear, thin layer of resin is applied to the inside face of fabric, which keeps the fabric from absorbing water for undaunted water-shedding action.
