Cut-out dimensions for CRL hinges may not match those of other brands. Using two hinges with 3/8" to 1/2" glass (10 to 12 mm) 39" (1 m) width the two hinges will hold up to 140 lbs. They also deliver increased self-centering force and the heat-treated stainless steel springs produce enhanced durability. If hinges are to be used for other than their intended purpose approval must be obtained from the CRL Shower Door Technical Sales Department. Maximum two hinges per door. SPECIFICATIONS: Glass Thickness: 3/8" to 1/2" (10 to 12 mm) Tempered Safety Glass Construction: Solid Brass Hinge Swings: 90 Degree in and 90 Degree Out (at Factory Set Position) Closing Type: Self-Centering when within 15 Degree of Closed Position Cut-Out. SPECIFICATIONS: Glass Thickness: 3/8" to 1/2" (10 to 12 mm) Tempered Safety Glass Construction: Solid Brass Hinge Swings: 90 Degree in and 90 Degree Out (at Factory Set Position) Closing Type: Self-Centering when within 15 Degree of Closed. This produces a frameless aesthetic by reducing the amount of hardware needed. Use only the template included with this hinge. (64 kg) and a maximum door width of 39" (1 m) using only two hinges. Glass fabrication is required. These hinges utilize an integrated stiffening beam to minimize clamping plate flex resulting in exceptional holding power. NOTE: Do not use three hinges.
